Although the Gambia is the smallest country on the African mainland with 11,300 km² (Great Britain is about 22 times bigger), there is still a lot to see and experience. Naturally, the sun almost always smiles on you and we have beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. Still, it would be a shame if you didn’t discover more of our beautiful country during your stay. To help you a little bit with your preparation, I have listed a number of sights with links to interesting information. Of course I have linked to English sites.
